Soil Pit 1 Results:
Area is more bare soil than plants
Area could be described as woodland
It is unknown if fertilizer has been used hereNo mature worms were found prior, or after adding mustard water to dug pit
Of the immature worms found, (4) were deep-living, (4) were surface-feeding and (5) were soil-feeding
Soil appears to be Loam: moist, did not fizz when vinegar was added to it, appears to be the color B6 on the Earthworm Watch chart
Soil Pit 2 Results:
Area is located 15 meters from 1st pit
Area is completely covered with plants
Area could be described as lawn
It is unknown if fertilizer has been used hereNo mature worms were found prior, or after adding mustard water to dug pit
